Every installation is designed around the property, the campaign and the likely buyer. We do not work from a standard package or repeat a scheme from home to home. From apartments and townhouses to large family residences; in apartments, lift access and body corporate requirements are handled by the studio.

Partial Home Staging
A considered blend of existing pieces and our own.
We work with selected furniture already in the home, introducing pieces, artwork, rugs, bedding, lighting and accessories where they will have the greatest effect. Suited to homes lived in during the sale, or where existing furniture is staying in place.

Market-Ready Consultation
Practical direction for occupied homes preparing for sale.
A room-by-room review of what to retain, remove, reposition or refine before photography and open homes, with clear and achievable recommendations. The walkthrough takes around an hour, and a written plan follows; if you proceed to staging, it becomes the foundation of the scheme.

Developments and Long-Term Staging
The same standard, wherever a property needs to be presented.
New developments can be staged from first release through to sell-down: townhouses, apartments, show homes, sales suites and retirement villages. Each scheme is designed to the development and its market, and long-term staging is available for display periods that run well past a standard campaign.
